Celeste River (or Rio Celeste) is located in Tenorio National Park (north west Costa Rica).
The water of the river are exceptionally vivid&blue due to the chemical reaction between some of the minerals that the nearby volcano released to the river. The hike to the big waterfall is pretty along the banks of the river and the view is very rewarding once you get to the waterfall.
The locals named River Celeste after the legend in which god painted the blue sky and then when he had to wash his paint he used the river and thus the striking blue color.
