The “hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil” monkeys feature in this
rather subversive mural, titled “Council of Monkeys.” French artist GOIN
created the mural, intending it as a message to the local Flintshire
council. Unlike the ship’s owners, the council was not supportive of the
art project and tried to stop it.
