Preikestolen (or in english – “Preacher’s Pulpit) is a giant cliff
604 meters above Lysefjorden (Lysefjorden is a fjord located in
south-western Norway). The
top of the cliff is nearly flat, and is a popular tourist
destination in Norway. to get all the way to the edge of Preikestolen
there is a 3.8 km hike which starts at a parking lot not to far from
the port city of Stavanger.
